Dude warzone is modern warfare, so yes, removing modern warfare will remove warzone, and vice/versa. You canāt have one without the other. They have essentially built the game around warzone, including storing all the assets for the game there. That means if you want to play mw2019 multi, unfortunately you need warzone.
I have the same problem and I bought the disc game. I can play Warzone but not the campaign and multi-player. It says as stated in this threads title and when I checked installed add-ons, the Multi-player Pack and Campaign Packs 1 and 2 are installed but I cannot play them. Should I delete if fro. My PS4 and let it install all over again?

Im having a similar issue on xbox one. i bought the game used and it downloads about 800mb of the initial file, stops installation, and downloads campaign packs 1 and 2, multiplayer pack, secret ops pack all succesfully, then tells me disc is damaged and wont download anymore.

No need. It's not your installation or your console. Everytime they update the game or so the packs go berserk. I went to play today and had Campaign installed (which I hadn't before) and most of the MP packs were uninstalled. I can see that Raven has an amazing communication team but the developlent team is, with all due respect, crap.
